LEED-Certified Green Factory

Completed in 2018, our sock factory was recognized at the time as the ninth sock manufacturing plant worldwide and the first in China to receive LEED green building certification.

Designed and built in strict accordance with LEED standards, the facility minimizes environmental impact across energy and water efficiency, building structure, and indoor environmental quality.

Through efficient space planning, natural ventilation and lighting, and standardized production processes, we provide a safer, healthier workplace while reducing resource consumption and emissions.

FutureStitch views our green factory as a long-term commitment to environmental responsibility, our employees, and society.

Sustainable Raw Materials

In our sock production, we select combed cotton, polyester, wool, nylon, and other functional yarns, giving priority to sustainably sourced fibers. This approach ensures comfort, durability, and consistent quality while reducing environmental impact.

Waterless Dyed Eco-Friendly Cotton Yarn

In the yarn dyeing process, we adopt an environmentally responsible non-aqueous dyeing technology that enables zero wastewater discharge and eliminates effluent at the production stage. Compared with conventional water-bath dyeing methods, our non-aqueous dyeing technology delivers clear environmental advantages:

  • Salt-free dyeing process

  • Up to 99.7% less water consumption

  • Closed-loop process control

  • About 20% less dye consumption

  • Consistent color performance

  • Cost-efficient dyeing process

Corporate Social Responsibility

We follow the SA8000 social responsibility standard to ensure employee health and safety and maintain a safe, well-organized working environment. This also supports the ongoing practice of green manufacturing and environmental responsibility.

At the same time, we actively engage in community development, promote responsible business practices, and strive for a long-term balance between the environment, our employees, and society.
