Our Production Capabilities

For over 15 years, FutureStitch has partnered with global brands, distributors, and wholesalers to deliver premium everyday and high-performance sports socks. Our 30,000+ m² fully in-house facility is staffed by 300 skilled employees and equipped with advanced computerized knitting machines. With an annual output exceeding 20 million pairs, we are capable of fulfilling both high-volume and urgent orders while ensuring stable sock quality.

Sock Process: From Yarn to Finish

From yarn selection to finished socks, FutureStitch applies controlled processes and advanced machinery to produce durable, comfortable, and performance-ready socks for wholesale and brand customers.

01
Design & Yarn Selection
We turn digital design concepts into precise knitting machine programs. Premium yarns, including RWS-certified merino wool and polyester-nylon blends, are carefully selected for their warmth, stretch, and comfort, then organized for production.

02
Precision Knitting
Using Lonati computer-controlled machines, hundreds of needles knit seamless sock tubes, shaping the body, heel, and cuff exactly as programmed.

03
Stitching & Reinforcement
Toe closures of our socks are finished by machine or hand for a smooth surface. High-stress areas like toes, heels, and cuffs are reinforced for long-lasting durability.

04
Finishing & Shaping
Socks are dyed, washed, and finished to set color and remove residues. Heated foot-shaped molds here give each sock its perfect fit, shape, and softness.

05
Branding & Decoration
Logos, patterns, and labels are applied using digital printing, heat-transfer, or embroidery to meet different brands' specifications.

Finally, every sock is inspected for appearance, size, and embroidery accuracy. Only approved pairs are folded, labeled, and packed, ready for shipment worldwide.
